ASAN Visa is the official name of the Azerbaijan eVisa, an electronic travel authorisation for foreign visitors. The eVisa covers tourism, business, education, culture, sports, medical treatment, humanitarian work, personal visits, and official trips.

How to Apply for the Azerbaijan eVisa

Step 1: Complete Registration

Start the registration process by providing contact details, including your email ID and phone number, then click on “Register” to access the main application form. 

Step 2: Fill Out the Form

Fill out the application form correctly with details, including your full name, nationality, and passport number, then select your preferred “Azerbaijan eVisa type”.

Note: If you select “Other eVisa Type,” you must also choose the purpose of your visit from the multiple available options.

Step 3: Add Another Traveller

If you wish to apply for your spouse, friends, colleague, parents or children, you can do it by using the “Add Applicant” option that lets you add up to 10 applicants within the same application.

Step 4: Add Valid Documents

Upload a clear scan of your passport bio page showing all details, including the MRZ code, for smooth verification.

Step 5: Select Processing Speed & Review the Details

Choose one of the 3 processing speeds (Normal, Rush and Super Rush) based on how quickly you need your Azerbaijan eVisa. Then, click "Submit & Preview" to review your application details, make any necessary corrections, and then proceed to the payment page.

Step 6: Pay the eVisa Fee

Processing for your eVisa application will only begin once you complete the fee payment.

Once paid successfully, you’ll instantly receive a payment confirmation at your email.

Step 7: Receive your eVisa

The approved eVisa will be sent to your registered email ID. Download it and print a copy for travel.
